Internal communication

Due to the large number of employees and their geographical distribution the company needs an internal communication system that is orientated at and supports the needs of the employees.

The internal communication plan, which is integrated in the General Communication Plan of DHO, has introduced several tools to guarantee transparency and accuracy with respect to the company’s projects. Thus, coordinating and concentrating the efforts of all employees efforts on common goals and objectives.

The ultimate goal is to focus all our efforts on promoting a communication that is multi-directional and thus motivates and satisfies the staff.
