We want to be exemplary concerning training, progress and career plans.
That's why we believe in continuous training.
During the first quarter of each year we establish a "Training Plan" based on the needs detected in the annual performance evaluation programme. They will undergo a training programme that will advance their skills and techniques.
Furthermore, DHO has established single projects with the most prestigious business schools, universities and institutions.
