Therefore we deem training an investment in the future as well as a constant right of the employees, favouring also equality and individual and professional promotion.

We want to be exemplary concerning training, progress and career plans.

That's why we believe in continuous training.

During the first quarter of each year we establish a "Training Plan" based on the needs detected in the annual performance evaluation programme. They will undergo a training programme that will advance their skills and techniques.

Furthermore, DHO has established single projects with the most prestigious business schools, universities and institutions.
