The development will have a cross-linked street network. The works consist in developing 7 plots, i.e. asphalting the streets, placing the signposts, constructing all pavements, public lighting, water supply and drainage, low tension power grid and telephone network. One of the plots is intended for a green area with recreation zone for young people.
