The planned roof solution consists in urbanizing the De los Pinos Avenue, at the stretch that joins the two roundabouts, situated above the car park's roof.


The road on the car park's roof will be executed with a waterproofing layer, protection concrete and the corresponding agglomerate layers. The landscaped spaces between the avenues will be accomplished as recreation zones with double kerb, spread the way that they maintain the configuration that the avenue features in the existing developed area.


The median will be shaped protruding the roof and will be paved with paving stone.
These protruded parts allow the arrangement of gutter sewers for the collection of rainwater.


The works will be completed with the paving of roads and sidewalks as well as the corresponding street lighting.
